TERMS OF SERVICE.

By accessing or utilizing the digital products, proprietary platforms, APIs, and IT services provided by Rajput Bhavin, you legally bind yourself to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any stipulation contained herein, you must immediately terminate all use of our infrastructure and services.

We architect and deliver enterprise-level software development, cloud infrastructure, and advanced IT consulting. Exact project scope, milestones, technology stacks, and deliverables are exclusively governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreements (MSA) signed by authorized representatives prior to deployment.

Protecting intellectual property is foundational to our operations:

• Pre-existing Assets: All foundational frameworks, code libraries, templates, and algorithms pre-existing our engagement remain the exclusive property of Rajput Bhavin.
• Custom Deliverables: Bespoke source code and final binaries specifically engineered for the client are irrevocably transferred only upon the total clearance of all related financial invoices.

All financial engagements are strictly enforced. Invoices are dispatched based on mutually agreed project milestones. Payments must be remitted within the specified NET terms on the invoice. Failure to process payments may result in immediate suspension of repository access, hosting services, and development activities.

Both parties agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, trade secrets, and backend architectures disclosed during the engagement. This confidentiality clause survives the termination of any active service agreement.

While we engineer robust, scalable, and highly-available systems to the pinnacle of industry standards, our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Rajput Bhavin, its senior engineers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with your utilization of our software solutions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to binding arbitration within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad.
